  • During our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly. We’ll begin by discussing your reasons for seeking therapy, any specific challenges you’re facing, and your goals for our work together.

I’ll also take some time to gather background information about your experiences, which helps me understand you better and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. This session is a chance for you to ask any questions you might have about the process and to get a feel for my therapeutic style.

  • The number of sessions you might need can vary greatly from person to person, as it largely depends on your individual goals, the issues you’re facing, and your personal pace of progress. Some clients may find relief and clarity after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term work to explore deeper issues and foster lasting change.

In general, you can expect to notice some positive change within the first three sessions, with more substantive progress often occurring around eight to ten sessions. During our initial sessions, we’ll discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we can create a plan that feels right for you, allowing for flexibility as we navigate your journey.

Remember, therapy is a process, and it's perfectly okay to take the time you need to work through your experiences. My priority is to support you at every step, offering expertise and feedback, and help you move toward a fulfilling and balanced life.
